Very clean throughout the hotel. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Food in the restaurant was amazing. Served traditional Turkish breakfast with lots of verity. Rooms are very spacious and clean, house keeping everyday.

Great staff. Very nice room. However, if you don’t have a car like me, you’ll be walking a bit to catch a bus or just have the staff call you a taxi.

I love this hotel. I actually canceled the previous hotel just so I could return to the Jasmine. The one bedroom apartment is absolutely amazing. It is beautifully decorated, spacious and very comfortable. There is a washing machine in the unit so you can wash your clothes and a full kitchen. The food in the restaurant is absolutely delicious. The breakfast buffet is amazing. I had a chance to interact with some of the staff members, and they are all very kind and accommodating, especially Micit at the front desk. He’s a GEM! A short taxi ride will take you to the City Center and the Bodrum Marina where you’ll find shops, restaurants, cafes, the water and the beauty of Bodrum.

Thank you for an amazing stay. The hotel and the staff were 10/10 and we’d definitely stay here again when we come back to Bodrum The hotel is clean with a great gym and spa. It’s close to the beach and city centre and is just good vibes. Highly recommend

From the moment we pulled up to this beautiful hotel we were impressed. This Jasmin Residence and Spa is absolutely beautiful and our one bedroom apartment was stunning, spacious, clean, and quiet. The food at the Marlin restaurant is delicious especially the grilled chicken and the fettuccine Alfredo. Kudos to the chef. The daily breakfast was also a real treat. I actually love this hotel so much that I decided to cancel my reservations at another hotel in Bodrum and return to this hotel for a couple more nights before I leave Turkey. I have to take a moment to thank Micit at the front desk for all of his help. He helped us with our Wi-Fi as we had to work while we were there, and he called us taxis whenever we needed one and he was there to answer any questions. Kudos to Micit for a job well done. The location is just a short taxi ride away from the beautiful Bodrum Marina and all of the amazing shops and a gelato cafe. If you decide to stay at this beautiful hotel/residence and spa, you will not be disappointed.

Beautiful complex in convenient quiet location

Beautiful complex, multiple pools and spa facilities. Apartment was spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was average. Walkable distance to the marina. Walls are thin between apartments. I was wakened in the middle of the night by neighbours phone alarm going off for 30mins!

PRICE: above average LOCATION: good, 10 min from downtown CLEANLINESS: clean enough, but do not expect luxury. ACCOMODATION: no duvets or sheets unless asked for. Our room came with a linen blanket and that is all. Feels extremely bare. PROPERTY CONDITION: pretty bad. Every wall had water damage or scuffs. Appliances had dents. Feels very poor.

This hotel had everything we we looking for to have a relaxing time. Spacious rooms to indoor and outdoor pools to well equipped gym, steam room, sauna to an excellent restaurant with room service and complimentary breakfast that was absolutely delicious. Best of all, Burcu the guest relationship manager went out of the way to be helpful and provided excellent information about places to visit and restaurants to eat at! She and the all the staff at the hotel were friendly, sweet and helpful. We loved our stay there and recommend it highly!

Best hotel we have stayed in!

We had a lovely stay at Jasmin Elite Residence. The staff were very nice and helpful, particularly İbrahim who gave us a room upgrade and let us stay a few hours after check out time due to a problem with our flight. The staff also arranged a taxi from the airport for us. The washing machine is very handy in the room and there is a lovely view from the balcony. The hotel was very good at communicating with us! There is a lovely spa with very nice staff as well! Breakfast was very good! We look forward to returning to Jasmin Elite Residence! Thanks

Staff is very nice and polite, however the cleaning crew is horrible. Furniture is full of dust and toilets are not properly cleaned. The property was probably very nice some day but it lacks maintenance. Water leak in the bathroom kept the floor wet at all times. I was locked in the bathroom as the door handle was broken. After complaining the maintenance crew was sent but they didn’t repaired it properly and the problem continued. This hotel has great potential but needs to improve cleaning and maintenance. Breakfast was really good but the “chef” is terrible and can’t even fry an egg properly.

Wonderful hotel, big room and beautiful. Breakfast also good. The only problem is that the hotel doesn't have elevator and we have 3 big luggage until the 3 floor. Friendly girl at the reception also the guys. About the breakfast was delicious and the lady who made omelette was vet friendly. The only negative was two guys working at the restaurant. Perhaps they must to won't more how to welcome the customer .

Room was very nice. Polite staff,but poor communication between them. Horrible internet. Stayed 3 nights, every time I came to the room, I had to walk to the reception to get reconnected under pouring rain. Because room was not in the same building as reception.
