If you like Turkish breakfast it was good and the hotel is in a great position near the beach. Concierge was helpful and friendly. The room was clean except for the shower which wasn't and was the only thing that let the experience down. I could have complained but didnt ….

Aile için ideal deniz kenarı otel

Turgutreis merkezinde deniz kenarında ekonomik otel, tamamen restore edilmiş yeni odalar, mükemmel ekip, başta Cavit bey ve tüm ekibi çok cana yakın ve dostlardı. Kahvaltı yeterli ve doyurucu. Tek sıkıntı otopark ancak bu sorun oteln değil daha çok beldenin bu bölgesinin sorunu. Torunlarımızla çok güzel ve ekonomik deniz tatili yaşadık.

Otelle ilgili bir problem yoktu, temiz, yeni dekore edilmiş güzel bir oteldi. Hizmet ve yaklaşımda gayet yardımcıydı herkes. Yalnızca biz denize yakınlığı, ve fotoğrafta görünen denize bakarak rez yaptık ama deniz beklentisi olanlar için pek iç açıcı değildi. Artık dalgadan mı öyleydi onu da bilemiyorum.

Guler yuzlu ve yardımsever calisanlari olan bir otel. Asansorin bozuk olmasi kotuydu, tamir edilir dendi ama edilemedi. Otelin cevredeki yerlere uzakligi bilgilendirmede yanlis yaziyor. Marinaya 16-18 dk yurume mesafesi, dolmus duragina 10-12 dk yurume mesafesi en iyi ihtimal. Halk plajinjn hemen yakini.

Ilan da otopark oldugi yaziyor ama otopark yoktu. Bu durum basta hayal kirikligi yaratti. Bu yasanan hayal kırıklığını oda yukseltmesi ile telafi ettiler. Yukseltilen oda gayet temiz, genis ve ferahti. Kahvalti acik bufe degil ancak yeterli. Otel personeli gayet ilgili ve yardimseverdi.

Die drei Sterne erhält das Hotel deshalb, weil der Manager/ Leiter des Hotels nicht fertig gebracht hat, den Fehler in der W-Lan Anlage reparieren zu lassen. Er hat immer wieder, nachdem man ihn darauf angesprochen hat, mit irgendwelchen Leuten telefoniert, aber es erschien kein Handwerker, um den Schaden zu beheben. Es waren somit etliche Gäste, die nicht mal Fernsehen auf ihren Zimmer schauen konnten, von schweigenden im Zimmer eine Internetverbindung hatten. Zimmernachbar hat auf der Terrasse, warm eingepackt, mit Laptop Fernsehen geschaut. Für mich ist solch ein Manager, der nicht einmal dahinter ist, nicht vertrauenswürdig. Sollten Reisende im 3. Stock kein Internet haben, so ist sofort ein Zimmertausch zu verlangen.

Herşey çok güzeldi. Sadece kahvaltı hep aynı tabak çıkıyor. Bir tık böyle değişiklikler olabilir. Mesela hep haşlama yumurta yerine arada kırma yumurta omlet patates kavurma tarzında şeyler insanın iştahını açar

Hayal kırıklığı

Hayatımda kaldığım en küçük otel odasıydı. Otel odasıyla ilgili yazan bilgilerdeki oda büyüklüğü ile alakası yok. Yapacak bir şey yok isterseniz ücret iadesi yapalım gidebilirsiniz diyen bir resepsiyon var. Ciddiyetten çok uzak bir yönetim var. Odamıza checkin için 1 saate yakın bekletildik sonra oda değiştirdiler akşam saat 7 de hala yeni odanın temizlenmesini bekledik . Tatilinizin yarısını boşa geçirmek istiyorsanız gidebilirsiniz . Park yeri büyük sıkıntı. Kahvaltı dahil yazıyor kahvaltı zeytin peynir yumurta peynir çay fazlasını beklemeyin önünüze tek tabak şeklinde getiriyorlar. Bu fiyata çok daha iyi alternatifler var Bodrum da .

Konforlu ve rahat

Odada çok sivrisinek vardı, elektrik problemi vardı, lambalar yanıp sönüyordu, genel şebekeden de olabilir. Onun dışında temiz ve rahattı, denize ve restoranlara çok yakın. Oda biraz karanlık
