「relatively clean, but in serious need of updating a typical old School roadside motel set up」

「It’s a great lodge like hotel. The pool was very nice and the breakfast was quite adequate!」

「All though we did not use, the property has a restaurant and bar. Parking was plentiful, elevators to upper floors and clean well equipped rooms. The receptionist could have been more helpful however she was not rude, just didn't give any information without being asked. We did not have breakfast but read it would be surcharged and I prefer hotels that provide breakfast included in the price all though many are becoming pretty inadequate.」

「 Motel was very run down, door was open when we arrived and the heater did not work. It was 20 degrees outside and the room was very cold. When we asked for help, the staff implied that we broke the heater by simply trying to turn it on. Said to give it some time because I pushed too many buttons (on, high, heat were pushed). When we asked to be transferred to another room, staff indicated the room we were in was the best one they had. We were moved to an adjacent identical room. The doors...

「There are no clean room services during my 3 days stay. There were bad smells in the room all along. Breakfast is very simple. I think it is not worth the money I paid average around US$110 per day.」

「My first handicapped assigned room 210 was a disaster. Electric outlets and USB ports did not work. This caused difficulties in running oxygen equipment and charging other electronics. Restroom had a bathtub. Yes there was a bench but not convenient for reaching shower head. Once moved to handicapped room 119, I had a much better stay. 119 was spacious, included a couch. Roll in shower with portable shower chair. Staff friendly and helpful. Parking lot accessibility is concerning.」

「I felt the facility was somewhat dirty. The carpets haven’t been cleaned in a very long time. When I got out bed, I put my flip flops to walk about the room because of the dirty carpet. Some updating is needed along with new carpet.」

「We like waffles a little more than pancakes, and I really wish the fridge had a freezer. I also like having a coffee maker in the room so I don't have to walk down to the lobby every time I want coffee.」

「After a 12 hour drive we arrived around 11:00 at night and walked in to the staff member sleeping. Had to wake her up and then they tried to put us in a dog friendly room due to that was all they had left. We went to the room and it smelled like dog pee so we went back to front desk and she said she couldn’t change room without her boss.
