Great customer service

The overall stay was great. The customer service at the front desk was awesome. They were polite, and made sure that my reservations were correct! Amanda, Rebecca, Karla were phenomenal. They took care of my staff and my team!

Worst Hotel in the Midland-Odessa area.

There was not enough water coming out of the shower for me to use. Also it was only cold water. The towels were paper thin. It would be more useful it they just gave me a paper towel roll. My room was next to ice machine, which was VERY LOUD every time someone would get ice.
