「Check in was easy, all the details came in a text. The room and bathroom were super clean, everything appears and seemed BRAND NEW! We liked the fact that it had a microwave, small refrigerator, toaster and coffee maker. 」

「We stayed in one of the hotel rooms, with a queen bed. The rooms are furnished with furniture that is quite old and mismatched, but if you can get past this, it is a great place. It was super clean, and the bathroom feels a bit more modern than the rest of the room. The bed was super comfy with a thick, modern duvet/doona- much better than the other budget hotels we have been staying in. The view is lovely, even from the motel rooms. 」

Margaret was a very gracious host and genuinely interested in meeting people and was able to offer many suggestions for the remainder of my travels in Nova Scotia. The location is great with many restaurants in close proximity and the bay view across the street. A beautiful continental breakfast was nice to wake up to. I would definitely stay here again. 」
