「It was a lovely place with very nice hosts and a nice clean room with a comfy bed. It is close to the beach and is located in the city, but away from the noisy road. The welcome drink is delicious, as well as the food they serve ☺️」

「Family were beautiful and accommodating The house is great and perfect for a long term stay Shops a restaurants are around a 15 minute walk away but once you start walking you are likely to walk pas a free tuk tuk you can jump in I stayed with my 3 year old daughter and it was perfect Pool is great, house facilities are great. 「Very clean room.Lovely pool. The hotel is out of the way near the river. We loved the tranquil setting. Apart from our safari trip (which was arranged by the owner) we didn’t leave the hotel, which suited us because the food provided at the hotel is delicious. The only negative thing I would say is they could do with upgrading the recliners by the pool. 」

「Unfortunately I am not able to review Dil Lanka Safari Resort, because when we arrived, the manager was very surprised to see us and said that he had no booking from us (three people, two rooms). Ultimately it was resolved (with help from our Sri Lankan driver) and we were given our money back (booking was prepaid). The grounds looked nice, so you could take your chances, but make sure you do nót prepay your reservation.」

「Very nice and very quiet chalet on a deserted beach. The location is literally on the beach. Ideal if you want tranquility. Just the sound of the waves! Our host was excellent and helped us with information we needed. There is a good restaurant next door and the Waves will provide good dinners at reasonable cost if you give them warning (as everything is freshly cooked). 」

「The owner's attitude was nice, location is quite close to the Udawalawe National Park. Breakfast however was only an omelet, 2 pieces of toast and a small cup of juice for each person which wasn't enough for us. The room was full of dust, and the air coming out of the AC feels like mold. If you want to join the safari, the owner has a jeep and a driver to take us into the safari in the morning which needs an additional cost, and we feel it's a little too high price.」

「We had an amazing stay at Mansala Safari House. The hosts are very kind and welcoming, and the house itself is clean and comfortable. The hosts arranged two safaris for us which were both excellent; the driver picked us up directly from the accommodation and was very knowledgeable about the park. We had the car completely to ourselves as well. The hosts provided breakfast in the morning, and also gave us water bottles and coffees for the safaris.
