「The room was clean but you could tell when you walked into it that it had some sort of smell to it, thankfully you don’t notice it after a few minutes. I got some things from the vending machine and they were clearly expired/stale, I ended up buying more at the front desk and when I mentioned it to them they seemed like that was just how it always was. 「Horrible Horrible Horrible!! Found someone else’s toenails on the ledge of the tub!! Was told that I could extend my room the next day and it was not communicated to the oncoming shift. I went to extend the room only to be told the room was booked while I was still in it!! I hadn’t even checked out the room yet and they didn’t even accommodate me. They said the hotel was full and no other rooms were available. I had to book at another hotel!! Would not recommend to anyone.」

「The pictures make it look renovated but don’t be deceived. It’s small, our window sounded like it was open, air conditioner either leaked or condensation got onto clothes next to it. Entire building could use structural improvements. Staff was nice but that’s the extent of it. There was a reason it was cheaper than others.」

「This place was horrible! It was infested with live and dead cockroaches and other bugs. The toilet had black mildew in it. The carpet was dirty…the beds were made but not sure the sheets had been changed. The towels smelled! This place should be condemned!! The young lady who helped us was kind and apologetic. She offered us another room but I just couldn’t imagine staying there. I took pictures and video then asked for a refund. It was terrible!!」
