「Very nice hotel , centrally located. Very nice friendly staff. Great price. Our new “Go To” for Hilton Head weekends.」

「We spend Father's Day weekend and we had a bad experience. First, we arrived late and when open the room...a very bad humid smell come from the room. The staff try to blame us (what?) The carpet was wet and dirty. Finally to Mr. Laurent, we had a new bedroom down-side. The the TV doesn't work or connects to Internet. After a few complaints, they finally came and try to blame us, again. For WHAT? And for the finished night our shower clog, with black sand that we don't have an idea where's...

「The condo itself was clean, but very dated. The building that hosts the condo is very old and unkept. The add says the condo is on the beach. Realistically it is 1/4 to 1/3 mile walk. When we first arrived the A/C wasn’t working. We called the host. He responded quickly and resolved the issue. This is a positive. Overall, a very disappointing stay.」

「Overall good accommodations. We had concerns over past reviews about the bed being broken. Contacted them prior to arriving and they made a point to say this was addressed and someone would go make sure everything chexkout out before we arrived. While I appreciate this attemp it was not resolved. We got a message asking if everything was good after arriving. I sent pictures and status of the bed and a few othe things to them after check in but no reply. The bed has a crack in the rail and...

「The condo was great for its size and location to a beach. The pools were nice and it’s a secure location. This place could use a deep clean. Dishes all ad to be washed before use, under beads full of dust, and forgotten items. Saw a cockroach on the last day. Also, owner and property management is very slow to respond if there are questions. If we had any issues we would have been in trouble for 24 hours. 」

「This was my first stay at this establishment and I will be back. It’s a cool concept, as a self-service hotel. The room was huge and very comfortable. This is basically a renovated older South Carolina mansion. They did an excellent job. It’s the kind of place mywife will love when I bring her back here. Great work with a cool concept!
