「My second time at this hotel, and it's my preferred place to stay in Pittsburgh 」

「Staff was excellent. We were at a nearby concert that went late into the night. I had not called to explain that bc website said 24/7 check-in-in. But front desk called to check on us as the night got late. It was a nice touch of personal attention. Hotel was clean and quiet - not a typical ‘airport hotel’ because not hovering right at the airport footprint. 」
