"I spent 3 nights at the hotel on a business trip and was disappointed with the hotel. Very bare minimum amenities in the room. I had a ironing board but no iron. There was a water kettle but no tea/coffee. The bathroom was quite small, tub was also tiny, water pressure low, clogged bathtub and a very short curtain to keep the water in the tub. Disappointing."

"Our room has a lockable door to an adjoining room. Even though the guest in that room were hanging out at a respectable noise level, it did not feel very private. At one point my partner thought I was talking to her when it was the gentleman in the next room talking to his partner lol. Adult pool has very limited seating compared to reservable uncharged seating. Limited pool hours on weekdays made it difficult to use it without early check in. "

"Stayed in accessible king bed suite (unexpected upgrade from standard king room). Great space if needed for any with mobility issues (e.g., walker, wheelchair). Sitting room, bedroom, and large, open bathroom. Comfortable bed. All clean and well maintained. Complimentary umbrella & bathrobes for use during stay. "

"The location of the hotel is excellent, with it being just a block from Times Square. The staff were polite and efficient, and the Internet worked well. I booked three rooms for 2 nights and asked to check in to one a couple hours early...which I was able to do, but for a $25 fee. The room overall was clean, with a few exceptions like doors. It is an old building, and the radiator heat was quite loud at times. The windows leaked cold air, so the room was usually a little cold. In my room the water was hot - in one of the others the shower only got lukewarm. The sink had a slow drain. If you like vintage buildings in a great location, I would recommend it."
