「We really enjoyed our stay here. The desk staff called ahead to confirm our check-in time and were very accommodating with early check-in. They also provided clear instructions for parking, which made things easy. The room was spotless and comfortable. 「The front desk was very accommodating, offering an early arrival and a late departure. Keystone is generally quiet during off hours and I was able to keep my window open overnight. 」

「One Ski Hill Place is a beautiful resort in a prime location with great amenities—the free shuttle service was a lifesaver. The condo-style rooms are fully stocked, perfect if you want to cook. My only disappointment was the lack of recognition for my VIP status. I had to ask about perks, wasn’t offered an upgrade despite the property seeming quiet, and only received late checkout after involving a manager. They did provide a complimentary bottle of wine when I asked, which was appreciated....
