「The experience from start to finish was good only issue was the fire alarm going off at 4am which was a false alarm and it sounded for half an hour after. 」

「Hotel is located just a couple of minutes from the heart of Cardiff City. All staff we encountered were friendly and helpful. Rooms were very clean. Rooms are basic and this is exactly as advertised, bed was comfy, only one pillow each but it was good quality. Room only had one towel, unsure if that is on purpose. The only negative was a really quite pungent smell of mackerel in lobby, as if someone had been microwaving it daily. Oh and the tv appears to have no interent connection and...

「酒店整體整潔、舒適，但行李要自己搬運，如果沒有駕車去，由前門進入是沒有斜板，要抬行李上落樓級，酒店有一部升降台，酒店職員拒絕讓我們使用，說是給輪椅用的。我媽已七十多歲，得我一個女人搬2大l小行李箱，差點滾下樓梯。」
