El hotel está espectacular, acceso a muchos restaurantes donde puedes ir caminando, le doy 4 estrellas en la calificación general porque no me pareció justo que no hicieran servicio de habitación, no me parece que los hoteles después de COVID hayan puesto esta nueva “regla” de no limpiar las habitaciones a diario, nosotras estuvimos por 3 días y le pedí a la chica del lobby que nos hicieran servicio de limpieza de nuestra habitación y me dijo que no porque solo estaríamos 3 días, que a mi punto de vista es suficiente como para hacerle servicio a un cuarto de hotel, le pedí que por favor nos dieran toallas nuevas y me dijo que lo intentaría, al final no lo hicieron, pero el resto de las condiciones del hotel estuvieron excelentes.

Everything was great except one front desk worker in the morning. She was more interested in her cell phone than taking care of customers. At breakfast the coffe ran out we asked for more as we had none. Waited 45 minutes for it. Our room was clean as was the property overall.
