「Check in with Ruby was very pleasant. I called before we
arrived and she was very pleasant on the phone, too. I told
my husband how sweet she was. She had a very happy voice and a blessing to deal with on the phone and in person. The place was close to a lot of things and the hotel was very comfortable.」

「I loved the unique edifice that included the historic hosiery factory. The staff was very friendly and personable including Leon (night check-in), Robin (breakfast hospitality), and Denise "bright light' (morning check-out). The only thing that I would like to see is handicapped accessibility to the 2nd floor mezzanine; I was not able to get up there to see it due to my inability to climb stairs. I took pics and gave an excellent review on Google. I will stay there again when I'm in the area.」
