"Room was comfortable and as expected for price. Nice breakfast and coffee and water available in lobby. Staff at check in was out smoking but that was OK. Wednesday evening key cards would not work so went to desk. Man was on phone talking to someone about visiting Korea to see mates family. Had to wait and finally without hanging up, he fumbled around and got keys fixed. Never did get off phone. Front staff needs more training."
