Host Mario communicated via WhatsApp and was very helpful and replied quickly. Check in process was clear and the instructions were fine. We were able to take the Alibus from Naples airport right to the Port. Also the room was very close and within walking distance to many top attractions. The room was excellent. Small elevator to the 6th floor....

"A beautiful hotel overlooking Sorrento and the bay, there's a regular shuttle bus to and from town but if you're feeling adventurous or like a run, there's a path that takes you into town in 15 minutes, I wouldn't recommend coming back up in the height of Summer. The hotel is spotless, we had the partial room option and the view from our balcony was breath taking. The pool was beautiful as were the outside grounds. The staff couldn't do enough to help and the breakfast buffet was sumptuous - Tiramisu for breakfast - yes please!"
