「Wonderful whimsy and attention to detail throught. Noteworthy upbeat staff, naturally welcoming. Outstanding location. Music from rooftop bar was evident in atrium rooms of American wing, so if a concern, best to request a quiet room.」

「The room was spotless and the decor was beautiful. The location was very convenient and the staff was friendly, in particular Marciello. The only downsides were that there was no hot water in the shower and the air conditioning vented onto the deck, making it really hot to sit on the deck. 」

「Excellent stay. Had slight problem regarding sleeping amenities but owner cleared up immediately. Beautiful. Stayed in unit 2. Lots of balcony space, nice common area, comfortable bed, clean. Great shower. Noise from street to be expected. Suggest buying coffee before you arrive. Only drawback was no futon. Did have an extra twin mattress. My roommate slept on common area and was super comfortable. Would highly recommend. 」

「Todo estuvo perfecto con este hotel. Desde que llegamos las personas de recepción nos recibieron muy amables. La habitación es cierto que podría necesitar una renovación pero todo funcionaba muy bien y muy cómoda. El desayuno maravilloso. Nosotros si sabíamos que la piscina del hotel estaba cerrada así que no fue ninguna sorpresa pero si es importante saberlo antes. La ubicación es perfecta, cerca de todo. Definitivamente me volvería a quedar aquí. 」

However, it is next to a boulevard full of bars, all competing to play the loudest music. Only a few rooms have significantly reduced noise levels. - Room: The beds were very comfortable. There was no hot water, and some basic amenities were missing, such as toiletries and kitchen utensils....

「Great rooms and location was perfect!. Right at the beginning of casco viejo so you can walk right into all the restaurants and easy enough to get an uber to go to any trips outside. Highly recommend!」
