「It was hard to get right temperature of shower water. It was either too hot or cold. Other than that, it was clean and comfortable . Staf were very friendly and helpful. The location was great !! Walking distance to Masai market and museum. Airport shuttle bus stop is right in front of this hotel. I would stay again.」

Windows don’t close properly. Sewer smells coming from drains. Broken spring in mates stick out. Need a construction man around to fix things. 」

「The Palace Hotel requires updating especially the rooms. Faded Grandeur. The lift is hit and miss. The restuarant has 2 menus however the staff only give al a carte ...although they do have a snack menu. Customer service needs to be looked into. When I questioned i did notice staff had taken off I.D badges off so i was difficult to assess. Found the staff to be quite rude and dismissive. Not an enjoyable stay im afraid. 」
