「We were walking the wales coast path and had not factored in the demand around Cardiff for accommodation when concerts are on. The student accommodation was the only reasonable priced option we could get for the weekend ( still more expensive than a premier inn) The main issue was heat, the room was very warm, a fan was provided but the window is only open a few issues (H&S) therefore circulating warm air. 「We did have some checking in issues - we didn’t receive a key box code and had to ring the host at midnight. We found it quite hard to reach the host in the days leading up to the booking.」

「There’s lots great about this place but it’s got its quirks. It’s spacious and would be great for a family or larger group. It’s conveniently located about 10min walk from the train station. There’s a few pubs and a gas station for food nearby. Great if you’re going to a show nearby. It was very loud when we stayed there with traffic and the unit below us. The lock on the front door is picky and we got locked in for a while and had to call the owner. They were very responsive and helpful though....

「A good spacious apartment with easy access for parking, excellent bed, TV and shower. Apartment would really benefit from a freezer section in the fridge, oven (or microwave which you can use as an oven) and more utensils (decent sharp knife, tin opener, kitchen towel, bin bags etc) but overall very good. I've stayed here before in a different, better equipped apartment and would definitely recommend it. Check in is very quick and easy and the parking is super convenient. Thanks for a good stay.」
