「The shower had mold on the edge between the wall and floor. The breakfast was not very good. Otherwise was a good place」

「Great staff」

「Excellent room」

「Very friendly and clean.」

「The elevator was dirty, and room 405 had 20+ water leak stains on the ceiling, plus peeling and patched areas. Poor maintenance. Would not stay again.」

「When we checked were given no instructions on WiFi. Tried calling on the in-house phone and no one answered. Called through the main number to get information. Their guest network never worked. Was able to login through the lobby network. The door on the closet was off the rail and wouldn’t open. The ice maker in the fridge didn’t work. They have no ice machines for guests. They did get me some ice from their kitchen. We were in a room with 2 queen beds sleeping 4 but only 2 coffee cups...

「Staffs are very nice and breakfast are awesome. They also provide laundry service and snacks. But the door is not very good to block noise in the hallway. The door of bathroom is not good designed.」

「The bedside lamp didn’t work because there was no power from the outlet. A staff member came and brought another lamp, but that didn’t solve the problem since the outlet itself had no electricity. The issue was never fixed during our stay. Very disappointing service.」

「The hotel was pet friendly and cleaner than similar hotels. It listed $20 as a pet fee online, but was told the fee was $30 when I checked in.The receptionist did honor the $20 fee after I complained. The breakfast was decent, the hotel had a small fitness room, and the location was safe. It was a good overnight stop with a dog.」
