"The location was perfect for us with easy access to the subway and walking distance to many places of interest. The staff at the front desk were pleasant and helpful and the same was true of the diningroom staff working at breakfast. We never heard any other guests when in our room. The room layout was the best we've ever had for two people whose sleep schedules are different. "

"The first room was adequate but once you notice the details, it seemed the room was unkept - torn blackout blinds and dusty cabinetry. The second room was an updated suite; however, other units on the floor were being renovated and felt as if I was in the renovation zone -not a good feeling for someone who is seeking R&R. My request to change rooms was quickly addressed and with great customer service "

"This place was awesome. I traveled with my wife and two little kids. We used the pool and purchased breakfast coupons ahead of time which was clutch. Parking onsite in the garage was easy as they have an elevator that takes you to the lobby. Went to a jays and leafs game. Very easy and safe walk. "
