「Mooi hotel, sfeervolle inrichting. Lekker ontbijt (a la carte) en uitstekende service. Mogelijkheid om tours te boeken naar bv. kawah putih met gids (aanrader!). Kamer is netjes, wordt elke dag gepoetst. Op weekdagen werden we op het derde verdiep gewekt door de speaker van de nabijgelegen school. Dit is een beetje jammer.」

「沢山のホテルがあるバンドンで、敢えてココを選ぶ必要はないのかなあ、と思いました。幹線道路に近く騒音がひどい。部屋に冷蔵庫がない。バスタブもない。これで四つ星とは…お値段もそこそこしますしね。シャワーの勢いも今ひとつ。シャワーブースから水が漏れるんで床が水浸しに。」

「The hotel is in a very good location, unfortunately it is very dirty, black mould all over the shower and dust everywhere. Strange stains over the bedhead and chair. The carpet next to the elevator had a big stain that looked like dried out vomit and stains all over the wall. The lobby is also very dirty, the chairs have clearly never been cleaned. We asked to change rooms because of the black mould all over the shower, and there were no rooms available without it. At the end they managed...

「The hotel is very centrally located and you can walk to many cafes and restaurants. The service was always friendly and the staff very helpful. Unfortunately, the hotel is very outdated and is in desperate need of renovation. Some rooms are obviously already being renovated as well. 」

「The dirtiest hotel we have seen so far on our Indonesia trips (we have been easily in over 25 hotels so far). Also the first time we requested to get new rooms ever. First room: Garbage on the floor, hairs in the bed, clear sign of sheets not changed, walls need repainting, tv screen dirty, used guest shoes, huge spider webs in corners, dusty windows, stsins in bath room snd towels etc. etc. Management either does not know better or does not care. It is one thing that some parts need...

「first time in this hotel system, new hotel in old location which is easy to find. Lobby is very open and comfortable with nice sofa. Breakfast also nice.」

「Good location. Clean enough needs a bit of attention though. No hot water for two days although told to run the tap for half am hour. I refrained from that.」
