The property room design is unique. They serve their breakfast on the rooftop which enable you to enjoy the view while having your breakfast. The staff is really attentive and catered your needs.

The hotel is located on the perfect spot: shopping center nearby, transportation and taxi easy to find, city center is on walking distance. The staff is very polite and helpful, they can speak English. The room service is excellent, they even set up a honeymoon for our request. It was wonderful, we appreciate that very much. The breakfast has a wide variety of choices: Asian food, western food, nice drinks. You can enjoy the city view from the top of the building.

The hotel was sufficient. The staff was friendly, the rooms spacious enough, breakfast was good, and the location was convenient. However, the actual condition of the hotel is much worse than the photos on the internet suggest. The hotel is grimy and dark in reality. A significant disappointment for me was the fact that under my name, two days before check-in, a fake review was posted with a five-star rating. This is incorrect and not an appropriate way to handle personal data. I strongly resent this behavior by the hotel.

Funkis hotell

Hotellet ligger ganska strategisk, nära till huvudgatan med restauranger och butiker. En stor shopping center ligger 100 m. Rummet har standard utrustning, normal storlek dock stor sköna säng. Frukosten är 75% lokalt mat men tillräckligt med västerländska mat. Jag reste under röda dagar så det finns många barn familjer. Lyhörd av lekande barn. Wi-fi funkar hyfsat i rummet.

There's room for improvement 😊

This was our 4th time staying in U Janevala, and for the 1st time staying in Deluxe for 2 days. Overall, we are satisfied with the service. + all of the staff were so helpfull and with good attitude + the room itself was just perfect + bfast was good, the taste itself👌 handling service in pandemic time with limited occupancy guest - no refill hand sanitizier in 6th floor for 2 days of my staying) - there's no soap holder in the bathroom,not even one - i can still hear a noisy sound motorcycle outside the hotel in every night

Great hotel. I loved the modern urban design. The staff were very friendly and courteous. The rooftop is a great place to unwind after a long day. Would definitely recommend this for people visiting Bandung.

very good location near city center and a big shopping mall. place had nice facilities and the staff were warm and helpful. the infinity pool was nice to get a view of the cityscape. breakfast had a good variety and tasty. room could do with better soundproofing as all noises outside were quite audible from the room

The noisiest hotels ever

If you want a peaceful night, please avoid this hotel. For six-night stay there, I had a really bad sleeping experience, due to noises. The walls are very thin and don’t have good sound proofing, so I could hear the loud noise of neighbour’s shower pipes, noise from the streets (especially after midnight) and even people’s conversations from corridor and rooms next door. The worst part, on the last day, there was a live band (from across the street) playing loudly around midnight.

24 hours of stay.

The only thing needs to be improved is the "industrial style" flooring looks not completely cleaned. Other than that, U Janevalla offer great services. You are rent the room for exactly 24 hours, not the ordinary "check in at two, check out at twelve".
