「The room was clean and the staff is friendly. They are slowly upgrading and remodeling the rooms and facilities.」

「The first room was not cleaned and had to change rooms that room the key wouldn’t work so we had to change again and in that room the tv would not work and there was one wash rag pretty bad in the morning went to check out and no one around I walked around looking but no one so I left the card key on the counter and left. Please go somewhere else!!」

「Enclosed mattress would be a nice touch . Hole in bathroom wall with pipe exposed should be covered and the pink mold in the shower/ tub should be cleaned. Common area for breakfast was clean and the employees are welcoming. Maybe some new luggage carts would be a nice touch. Parking was adequate.」

「Walls were thin - our neighbors alarm went off at 6 am and it was loud enough to wake us up. In addition, the coffee served at breakfast was undrinkable - it tasted burnt. 」

「I was on the ground floor and could hear every step in the room above including the floor and ceiling creaking with every step. I do not normally complain, but when you guys give a property a “good” rating and that doesn’t match the experience at all, that’s concerning. 」
