「Small room but clean and had everything you need! This was our 5th and final Hotel of our stay in CR and the only hotel with conditioner and a bidet. Towels were the softest as well and the pillows were perfect. Staff was gracious and very helpful. Mini bar type fridge in lobby with gluten free and alcohol options. 「Peter and his staff were so kind and welcoming, he even stayed up until 1am for our late flight. The only complaint are the beds were pretty stiff, but that’s common in CR. It’s under the flight path of the airport so you will hear the jets every now and then, it can be loud at times. 「Everything at Hotel Pibi Boreal was beautiful! A small neighborhood hotel at the end of the road the rooms overlook a beautiful jungle area. The owners were very welcoming and attentive with timely and courteous airport transfers - even at 4am. There was a minibar and in room coffee and I was even able to a get a warm sandwich since my travels meant I missed lunch. With nice clean bedding and a wonderful balcony it was a beautiful stopover at the end of a wonderful week. 」

「I checked out before breakfast was served. The hotel was conveniently located with plenty of restaurants and shops around it. The room was spacious and clean, and the bed was comfortable. Getting here by Uber from the airport took 1 hr due to traffic congestions in the late afternoon. But going to the airport in the early morning hour (before 6 am) took only 15 min. Overall, it was a nice stay and the hotel and room condition are as one would expect of a Holiday Inn Express. 」
