「Very hard to find the exact location. Wifi not working, but Staff insisted my phone and computer problem. Breakfast included, but have to pay service charge for $9 per person per night, which not clearly stated in the description. The room smells a bit stuffy. 」

「It's a very nice, new boutique hotel. Nice garden, nice and exquisite breakfast. Really enjoy it. Front desk speaks fluent English, provide good suggestions. It's located in a nice neighborhood, with many nice houses. There's a park and castle wall in opposite side, only 10 mins walk to the center spot.」

「Location wise, it is right in the center of Siena and is close to all the tourist attraction points. It is also the only five star hotel within the walls of Siena. The hotel is well equipped, and since we booked the best suite in the hotel, the view from it is spectacular. 「Wow! What an amazing place! Katia is so personable and responds quickly to message through WhatsApp. Hotel has a posh vibe , clean ,quiet and nicely decorated. Room and bathroom are very nice. We were there for Il Palio and Katia answered all about questions and helped us get tickets to a Contrada dinner. She also sent us information to get seats for Il Palio but we did not do this due to cost. Hotel is a great location and walkable to everywhere I would stay there again in there again....
