1st time at this hotel. No staff, just one person to answer questions. Digital check in, and key. Hotel had indoor hot tub and pool. Area was not clean with old leaves near pool that was not clean. Comfort Inn Memphis Downtown
The staff were good. The park was provided. Breakfast was okay. The room was okay, nothing spectacular. Nearby shops are hard to get to due to the lack of parking. Finding a good place to eat is an issue as well. Customer service is not a big thing in the area.
