"We stay here anytime we visit our family for holidays. I will say each time we have come to stay the pool amenities are not the best. The hot tub is not in good condition, and the pool is always dirty. We have yet to enjoy the pool in 3 years. But it hasnt stoped us from staying here because we enjoy the restaurant and how close it is to downtown. "

"This property is old and needs updating. It has bare minimum furnishings. No Refrigerator, No collapsible or rigid luggage rack, 3 towels for 2 adults for 2 nights, dirty, bathroom floor, dirty windows, bare minimal if non existing any longer the feeling of "Welcome". This was the nicest HI at one time. Now? not so much. And the addition of the 7/11 style store in the lobby with overpriced junk food made our stay more like a cheap motel. There are a lot of less expensive hotels close by that are new and welcoming... No longer worth the effort, hassle and/or expense. The Loyalty to the Holiday Inn system has gone away after this weekend."

"We ate at the hotel resturant but we had to pay. It wasnt a part of the the amenities in the hotel. The staff that took our order where not friendly at all. Regarding the hotel, it was very clean and i enjoyed the pool."

"Was pleased with everything had one small misunderstanding with a staff but wasnt too bad. We hope to stay again in the near future "

"Area isn't great but the room and hotel is clean and modern with a great breakfast. Security are present in the car park which balances the issues in the area (homelessness). Only issue was our room was right above the reception so was incredibly noisy and disruptive throughout. Pros and cons to our stay."

"Clean and spacious room. Really missed in room coffee. Coffee is available in the lobby. Friday night with lots of people enjoying the pool. Neighbors very noisey,"

"The pool is extraordinary. Surrounded by lush gardens. It’s truly exceptional. The beds were comfy. The staff was helpful. The building is in bad shape and in massive need of a paint job and stylist to come in and Joosh. It honestly just needs some terracotta colored paint and a lobby remodel and it could be cool. There is an old diner that needs a Joosh too and could be cool. The breakfast is a hoot and free just tip. "
