"When you call the front desk to get in touch to one of the people staying there most of those rooms don’t even have a working phone so it hangs up on you and then when I try to call back, the phone keeps going to voicemail like they don’t wanna be bothered other than that it’s a nice place"

"There trash in the hallway as you exit the elevator, so many scuff marks on the wall, paint missing, exit sign on floor falling off...the room was not clean, shower door was dirty and looks to be grime inside. The elevator floor was dirty, the hallway had a fan in it as soon as you get off the elevator as if the hotel AC/air flow was not working....it was very poor quality for newer hotel...felt very ghetto. "
