「Exactly what we expected. The apartment is clean, modern and well organized. The communication with the host were efficient and clear. We liked that the apartment was a bit apart from the tourists area (approximately 15-20 min walk from downtown). It was a more typical and quieter neighborhood with good local restaurants.」

「Pre checkin comms with remote owner was good. We arrived at the exact check in time (3pm), cleaning crew still there. Awkward. We waited 30 minutes for them to finish. Remote owner apologised and said the previous customers had left the place in a state so extra time was needed. Tried the shower, shower head was damaged and spurting water out of the side. Messaged owner, a maintenance guy arrived and removed it. Didn’t see him again. We were left with a pipe jutting from the ceiling. Hot...
