The first room we had the tv was broken. There was no phone to call the front desk and a bug crawled on my leg. We had to go down to the front desk and they gave us another room. This room smelled really bad, like smoke, beer, and liquor. We did get a refund for our second night that I am waiting for it to clear my card. There is an extra fee to use a card of $3 a night and pets are not allowed. We won’t be going back.

Clean room. Staff was friendly. Outdoor pool is not clean or in use. Other tenants living on the property were smoking marijuana, which we smelled in our room and we don’t smoke that nor can stand the smell. Was not offered extra towels or bathing essentials for our 2 night stay for 3 people.

Price was good. Location was okay. Pool was closed, was pretty gross, so it makes sense. (It wasn't advertised as having one on the street sign). Not pet friendly. No serious problems, slept well in the room.

This was definitely a budget stay. The property seems pretty old and rundown, and that carried into the room. The not so good: the smell of cigarettes was immediately noticeable when walking in, the floor had clearly not been swept as part of cleaning the room, the sheets on one of the beds were stained, all of the lighting fixtures and the microwave were quite rusted, and there was no security latch present on the door. The okay: the AC worked, outlets worked, and the curtains could be drawn closed.

The night staff was very friendly and helpful. It was sometimes hard to find staff to help though and people would wait during lunch breaks. The room was recently renovated and clean. It had most of the necessities, I just had to ask for a blanket but was not able to get a hair dryer. The location was on a very busy road, but the sound wasn't bad and we were fairly close to town. The towels were very small and thin, but it had almost everything I needed at a great price. It was nice to have the microwave and fridge too. I would stay there again in the future.

The place was very run down, our room was dirty. I had to buy Lysol wipes and spray and clean the room. We also, left for dinner and came back and there was a fricking cockroach on the wall by the microwave and refrigerator. Absolutely disgusting! Don’t waste your time.

After taking a shower, I was walking around the room in my bare feet. I sat down to put socks on and noticed my feet were black. I had to use one of the bath towels to clean the floors. I showed the towel to the reception desk all he had to say was he was sorry.
