Staff was courteous and thorough. Room was missing the extra safety bar for security purposes. I rig something to be sure the room wasn't broken into. Room was missing such things as we usually have at other places as hair dryers and Kleenex. Other than that the room was in clean shape they'll certainly not particularly well appointed, as this is a very old place. Would I stay there again, not sure probably not.

Price was good. Location was okay. Pool was closed, was pretty gross, so it makes sense. (It wasn't advertised as having one on the street sign). Not pet friendly. No serious problems, slept well in the room.

The room smelled. There was no latch on the door the toilet was about to come off the floor. The final straw was found bugs in the bathroom.

I checked in at 1am, and the lobby smelled like a dirty fish tank. When I got to the room there was a disgusting old cigarette smell (I signed an agreement that the room was nonsmoking upon checkin), I turned the air on and the smell was intensified. The bathroom smelled even worse. There was no door latch on the door, the fire alarm was ripped off the wall, there was a dirty stain on the bedsheets, and the blanket was as thin as a curtain. I couldn’t sleep because I didn’t feel safe. I checked out at 8am I was supposed to be there for 6 days. Terrible experience and would never go there again!
