It was an excellent stay. We were upgraded to a family room with too many beds which we do not actually need. I guess they had no available rooms for couples so we were upgraded.

Handy place to stay to explore the Dandenong Ranges. If guests are talking outside rooms close to 11 - midnight. Staff were helpful local knowledge and can do washing a bonus.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, there was cigarette smoke smell in the room, possibly from previous tenants. As non smoker's, it seemed quite strong. Someone called Joey had written his name behind the bathroom door and on the bench in the living area.
