A very covenant hotel with amazing staff! We were very impressed with the cleanliness of the rooms and also impressed by the staff....from housekeeping, maintenence, front desk abd the manager! Price was very reasonable and we definitely will stay again next year!

Good for price

Better than I expected for the price. Outside very worn, but not awful. Inside the room was good everything worked, had refrigerator, microwave, good bed and linens. No breakfast, only coffee, but we really don’t need a crummy breakfast. When we left, lots of nice cars in the parking lot. No hall noise last night. I’d stay here again.

I like the front desk staff was very good needed the pool unlocked in the morning front desk lady or May 4th in the morning team and unlocked it immediately which help me get my day started went a good early swim and pool was in good working order and I do recommend this hotel for travelers that are looking for a overnight stay very convenient location.

Best Value Inn, Melbourne

The hotel is a little bit worn. Matress should be replaced. Hotel was clean. The included breakfast consisted of a brown paper bag containing a package of pop tarts, a container of apple sauce and a nutrigrain bar. Barely suitable for a 5 year old!
