"The property is well located with the Royal Palace a short walk away. The room was well appointed and clean and the aircon was very good. The room was quiet with no street noise whatsoever. The staff were exceptionally polite and friendly and made our stay enjoyable. The buffet breakfast was really good with a huge choice. If I visit Phnom Penh I will definitely be staying here again. Superb."

"The overall experience was quite good, and the location is excellent. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. However, there is one area that needs improvement: cleanliness and attention to detail. In the room, I found footprints on the floor, hair stuck to the bathroom wall, and stains at the bottom of the toilet bowl. There were also tea stains on the cups and trays. Similarly, in the restaurant, the tea cups, trays, and spoons were not perfectly clean. I hope you can pay more attention to these details in the future."
