The checkin was easy and smooth. The apartment was outstanding and had plenty of glasses, dishes and plates for multiple meals. The combo washing machine/dryer was awesome to have. The only issue was the reservations needed for the sauna area from 5-8 which we missed out on.

Nous avons passé un séjour formidable dans cet hôtel. L’établissement est magnifique, les prestations sont de grande qualité et nous avons particulièrement apprécié l’espace spa, très agréable (même si nous avons parfois constaté que la règle concernant la présence des enfants après 18h30 n’était pas toujours respectée). Un petit point d’amélioration concerne le service du snack. Le serveur est très volontaire et sympathique, mais il semble clairement débordé : manque de cartes disponibles, difficultés à suivre toutes les commandes, et impossibilité parfois de proposer certains plats chauds. Même lorsqu’ils sont deux, l’organisation reste compliquée, et on sent que la charge de travail est lourde. Ce n’est pas un problème de bonne volonté, mais plutôt de moyens humains et d’organisation. Je suis convaincue qu’avec un renfort ponctuel et quelques ajustements, cette partie du service pourrait être à la hauteur du reste des prestations, qui sont vraiment excellentes. En résumé : un hôtel incroyable, que nous recommandons vivement, avec simplement quelques améliorations possibles côté snack pour rendre l’expérience parfaite.

Semaine passée en famille, la résidence est adaptée pour les familles avec des espaces enfants et adolescents. Les piscines sont très agréables ainsi que l’espace spa. L’appartement était très sympa avec un beau et grand balcon.

Nous sommes 4 à passer quelques jours dans cet établissement. Lorsque nous arrivons dans la chambre, celle-ci n'était pas du tout nettoyé : trace d'excréments dans les toilettes, poils pubiens ou de fesses et poils de chien sur le drap housse et le protège matelas, croquettes de chien dans le tiroir du meuble TV (voir les photos). Nous sommes allés à la réception le lendemain (car elle était fermée à notre arrivée) et on nous a indiqué que le problème allait être réglé dans la journée. Rien n'a été fait, nous avons dû nous déplacer encore le lendemain. La réceptionniste n'était pas très agréable (brune à lunettes). Les draps ont été changé que le soir à 20h (donc le surlendemain), à l'exception d'une taie d'oreiller car il n'y en avait plus. Nous ne l'avons jamais eu ... Nous avons demandé un dédommagement, rien d'extraordinaire : un apéritif. Aucune réponse. A priori, vu les commentaires précédents, la propreté n'est pas une priorité de l'établissement. Nous venons de nous déplacer encore à l'instant et la réceptionniste nous a indiqué avoir remonté le problème à sa directrice... sans retour. Bref, le client et la propreté ne sont clairement pas une préoccupation malgré les réponses de l'établissement à chaque commentaire négatif. Evitez cet établissement.
