Fantastic amenities and the amount of pool space was brilliant, this meant no overcrowding. Swim up pool room was fab. The room cleaning staff were very friendly but could have been a bit more thorough. Would be great to change the paper cups for next season (even if recycled). Food was average but for the price, cannot complain too much.

We had a lovely stay at Akti Coast Club. The hotel is in a great location, only a 15-minute ride to the airport by taxi (29€). We were shown to the room by staff who helped us with our luggage on arrival. The facilities were brilliant, with several pools and bars, so it never felt overcrowded. The Al a cart restaurants were exquisite and the food was delicious (set menu), book them if you can! There was easy access to the beach where sunbeds were always available, although the sunbeds under parasoles were often all taken. This hotel is perfect for kids, couples and larger friend/family groups, there was plenty to do and see around the surrounding area. Kos town was only 20 minutes drive away and there is a desk to rent cars & mopeds, there is also a bus. We used the spa and had a great experience. The services were well worth the price and the therapists were professional, accommodating and kind. The spa manager works really hard and is very friendly, there wasn't a day we didn't see her greeting guests. The room was just right for 2 people, although the rooms are quite dated. The reception staff were quick to resolve the broken aircon and moved us to another room the next day. All the hotel staff worked tirelessly all week and were all lovely and friendly We stayed during the first week of June, so the weather was perfect for us (25-26 degrees Celsius). Thanks for having us!

Susuz otel !

Oteliniz çok geniş bir arazi üzerinde olduğu için, her yere uzaktık. Otel sanki çocuk oteli gibiydi ve her ailede hemen hemen 3 vardı. Çocukları severim ama tatilde çığlıklarını dinlemek pek hoş olmuyor. Plajda şezlong çok az ayakta kaldık resmen. Gelip biri kontrol etmiyor eksik mi diye .Ana restorantaki karşılama elemanı kadın çok sert biri. Çok soğuk ve yapmacık . Çay yok , Türk kahvesi yok, dolaptan kapalı şişede iyi su içemedik, su sebilinden tadı berbat bir su alınabiliyor sadece. Odalara buz dolabına sadece giriş günü 1 şişe su koyuluyor sonra verilmiyor.Her sabah içtiğim ilaç için su bulamadım. En yakın sebil 200m uzakta.Kartın bardakta ikram edilen içeçekler hiç zevk vermedi. Sadece lobide cam bardak var. Bir daha asla gitmem. Tavsiye de etmem.

Unser Aufenthalt im Akti Coast Club war sehr schön. Das Zimmer (Family Room Swim Up) haben wir, wie auf den Bildern der Homepage, vorgefunden. Das Zimmer war sauber, klar gab es hier und da Gebrauchsspuren, aber das hat uns nicht gestört. Das Zimmer wurde täglich gereinigt und es gab täglich neue Handtücher und Poolhandtücher. Zu jeder Zeit gab es Getränke und Speisen. Wir hatten einen erholsamen Urlaub und können das Hotel weiterempfehlen.

Zum Thema gastronomisches Angebot : Es gab das typische All inclusive Angebot. Obst / Müsli / Wurst/ Käse etc. zum Frühstück und das Abendessen war leider nicht abwechslungsreich . Einiges viel zu trocken und durch.Bei der Snackbar gab es leider jeden Tag das gleiche. Das Geschirr war leider nicht wirklich sauber im Main Restaurant. Die Getränke Auswahl war leider auch sehr gering bzw . sind die Cocktails in Fertigflaschen und ungenießbar. Im Hotelzimmer gibt es eine Wasserflasche für den Aufenthalt . Ich Finde man könnte das erweitern oder jeden Tag eine neue Flasche bekommen. Das Servicepersonal hat halt ihren Job gemacht ohne Lächeln. Ausgenommen ist das Personal an der Reception , sie waren sehr nett und kompetent. Die Damen beim Einlass zum Restaurant waren auch sehr freundlich. Sonst lächelt im Hotel dort niemand . Die Betten sind normal Hotelstandard.

Veldig fint hotell. Rommene var fine, renholdet var greit. Baderomsgulvet ble klissvått ved hver eneste dusj da fallet til sluket var feil. Dette ble et irritasjonsmoment da man ble klissvåt på beina når man skulle på toalettet. Buffeten var ok. Glassene var ikke ordentlig rene og vi benyttet oss heller av pappkrus. Dette er synd. På den greske restauranten var maten middels minus. De uttrykket dårlig tid og man rakk ikke spise opp før neste rett kom. Den italienske var bedre. Bedre mat og bedre tid. Hotellet har en policy på at det ikke er lov å legge ut håndkle på solsengene ved basseng/strand, men dette ble gjort likevel. Ingen som fjernet håndklær, selvom det sto at ble gjort etter 45 minutter dersom de ikke ble brukt. Kunne ikke finne en ledig plass på stranden etter kl. 09. Gym-rommet var utdatert med flere ødelagte apparater, flassende yogamatter og en tredemølle med incline man ikke kunne stille på (sto alltid i 5%). Ellers hyggelig betjening. Stranden var fin. Hotell med gangavstand til Marmari.

Prima volta a kos e già ci tornerei

Prima vacanza a Kos, scegliamo questa struttura perché direttamente sul mare. I pasti si consumano direttamente a buffet e devo dire che per essere un all inclusive c'è una vasta varietà di scelta. Ovviamente non vi aspettate di mangiare italiano ma se vi piace la cucina locale il buffet è più che discreto. Abbiamo scelto una camera con piscina condivisa e devo dire molto bella. La struttura ha varie piscine comuni ed è attrezzata con giochi per bambini. Per arrivare alla spiaggia basta uscire dal villaggio e attraversare una stradina e c'è subito la spiaggia attrezzata con lettini ombrelloni e doccia. Per non far mancare nulla all'uscita dell'hotel sulla spiaggia c'è anche un bar....vacanza più che positiva!

Leider meiner Meinung nach kein 4 Sterne Hotel. Alleine aufgrund fertig gemischter undefinierbaren Cocktails in Pappbechern, die zu Tausenden am Tag Verbraucht werden und im Müll landen. Man kommt sich vor ,wie am Ballermann auf Mallorca an der Bar. Grundsätzlich muss man sich komplett selbst bedienen in diesem Hotel. Am Strand muss man um an Getränke zu kommen über die Straße ins Hotel laufen.Der einzige Service den man hat, besteht in der Zimmerreinigung und das Geschirr wird abgeräumt. Das Essen ist für die Massen an Urlaubern im Hotel gut, die Zimmer schön. Die Anlage sauber, die Kinderbetreuung sehr gut und das Personal freundlich. Der Speisesaal hat Kantinenflair. Leider erwartet man von einem 4 Sterne Hotel mehr Service. Eine komplette Selbstbedienung ist keine 4 Sterne wert.
