Paid 2 hrs for late check out and security was at our door 5 minutes past our check out time like if we were thieves. The Condado Plaza Hotel
Beautiful hotel sits on the ocean with a beach and pool area. Staff were awesome. When they thought my bag was misplaced when we put it for keeping while we waiting to go to the cruise ship, they were as concerned as I was. They had me go with them to help locate it.
