「Rooms are very clean and comfortable. I have stayed at Flag Ship several times because it formerly offered pet-free rooms and spaces. I greatly appreciated this as I have severe allergies to all fur babies, even when just in close proximity to them. This time, I requested a pet free room away from pet-friendly rooms but had people on either side stay with their fur babies throughout the week. This was a bit disappointing. 「I was very disappointed during my stay at this hotel. When we checked in, the front desk receptionist had a very poor service attitude.
