"Good location. Short walk to metro station. Grocery across the street. Staff were extremely helpful and efficient. The room was clean (although they did forget to replenish the tea bags :)) and comfortable. They did have a notice that used towels that were hung up would not be taken but each day we came back to all new towels. Had breakfast one day and it was well worth the 13Euro. Would recommend. "

Everyone we encountered was genuinely warm and welcoming. Everything felt well-designed and seamless, which made our stay even more enjoyable. One of the highlights was Fado night. The food was wonderful, the atmosphere was lively, and the musicians were fantastic. The restaurant manager, Antonio, and the staff were incredibly kind and attentive, making the evening truly memorable. The hotel is also right in the heart of the city center, which made it very convenient when we had tours scheduled and needed to meet with several tour guides. "When we first arrived, we were greeted by a very friendly reception team. Our room was lovely and had everything we needed, the cleaners kept a very high standard. We used the spa facilities which were great. We had the breakfast buffet included in our stay, there was a good selection of food. I am coeliac and could eat risk free each morning as my food would be prepared fresh in the kitchen. Overall the vibe and presentation of the hotel were fantastic, we would definitely stay here again when visiting Lisbon. "

"So much noise from inside the hotel and out, could not sleep. Pillows were like bags of clumped material, no support and sore neck as a result - did ask for additional pillows as you only get one per person, but it was the same as the first. Also, the toilet had only a could of inches of space in front of it, meaning you have to sit on it sideways to use it if you're over 5ft tall. "

"Clean and excellent room. Upgraded to bigger bed on arrival. Excellent staff. Helped with directions to sights and night life. Centrally located super easy to use uber and metro. WiFi fast and easy to use. TV huge variety of channels, lots of English. Cleaning staff friendly and do great work. "

"Great location that is close to public transportation. Staff is very professional, courteous and helpful. Check-in was easy and fast. Fitness room is open 24/7 and adequately equipped .
