「This was our favorite hotel stop during a 5 week trip along the east coast. A lot of excellent planning and designing went into the conception of very practical and innovative ideas in its construction. The full size refrigerator was very much appreciated. The staff, especially Amy, was attentive and pleasant. The buffet breakfast has high quality offerings.」

「Room was shabby but mostly clean. Could not get more than a luke warm shower. Breakfast was meager and the microwave in the breakfast area did not work. Coffee urn was empty. Won't stay here again.」

「My biggest complaint was that despite calling the day before arrival and emailing the day of, the sofa bed was not completely ready to accommodate our granddaughter. The bed had a fitted and flat sheet but that was it. No pillow, no blanket. And we arrived late in the evening. It was bedtime. Calls to the front desk produced busy signals for over half an hour. I finally had to go downstairs to the front desk where the woman down there gave me what I needed which I had to lug upstairs...

「Excellent hotel! The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff were friendly and professional, and the service exceeded my expectations. Great location, peaceful atmosphere, and an overall wonderful stay. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.」

「Property seemed more run down than when we stayed previously. Room had stale odor, noise level from a group of guests next door was disruptive . Front desk responded quickly to quiet them. Very heavy footed guests above. Breakfast sausage was not heated through, there was no bread. A disappointing stay and we will look for other accommodations going forward.」

「We stayed for five nights, the room was fine. However don't ask the housekeeping staff to get you anything. I assume it was the manager told me if you need anything you go through me not the housekeeping staff. Needless to say that was the only one day we got clean towels and our trash emptied. The housekeeping staff was very pleasant. In all the other front desk employees were also Pleasant」

「Air conditioner didn't work properly. No breakfast at all. Real hard to get in bathroom since there's a table blocking it. Smelled the old smoke and pot. Ceiling had water stains. Floor was coming up. Very poor fir a hotel. Do not recommend this」

「I paid for a room with a king bed. When I arrived no king bed was available and the staff said the rooms with king beds weren’t cleaned. (It was 11pm) I was still charged the same amount」

「There was no hot water for a couple days. Nothing was mentioned on the website when we booked NOR were we told at check in. Another customer told us.」

「It's not a bed and breakfast home. It's an old building under repairs. The mattress was confortable. The room is really small. The bathroom is too small. Also, I found hairs on the ground and on the shower. The door for entering in the room is not tight to the frame. You see in the hallway and light is on. I won't return.」
