「Excellent hotel. Beautiful character room with good facilities and spotlessly clean. Very helpful and friendly staff, especially welcoming at check-in and although busy, they showed us to the room. Would definitely recommend, we will make it our go to hotel in North Yorkshire.」

「Room was spotlessly clean. Very friendly and courteous staff. This hotel has a very comfortable and friendly feel to it. The cooked breakfast is well worth the money. Table service and freshly cooked and unlike some buffet style breakfasts it is piping hot. We have stayed in other hotels in the area and this is our favourite and the adjoining Italian restaurant is a great place for dinner. We also appreciate the free parking. Just returned from a 4 night stay and looking forward to our next...

「Jasmin at reception was lovely! She was very accomodating to our requests upon arrival. The hotel is central and convenient to the town centre of Brighouse. Plenty of shops, restaurants and coffee houses. Our room was clean, comfortable, warm and large! We'll surely stay again! Jonathan and Amanda.」

「Excellent for the price I paid. Rooms have recently been renovated and it showed. The only niggles were that the extractor fan in the bathroom was very noisy and probably needs replacing (room 10) and there was no hot water: I tried to have a shower but couldn't: No matter how long you ran the tap for or in which position the water never got warm. Would definitely stay there again. Big thank you to Jamie who so very kindly let me check in early.」
