「We were very pleased with the rooms we had. Everything was perfect in our rooms. We were comfortable and slept well. The kids absolutely loved the pool! The lobby was welcoming as was the staff, of course. The whole property was clean and well maintained. My only suggestion is to bring your own pool or beach towels to the pool as theirs are very, very small. Also, we had a family member leave an important item in her room and they notified us the day we checked out and had a resolution set...

「The room was well designed, the layout gave me the ability to have enough counter space in the bathroom, enough extra sitting areas to where I didn’t feel like I always had to sit on the bed. I liked that the TV was mounted on the wall which allowed for more space for a bench where I could store my shoes underneath and then sit on the bench while I was getting ready. 「Under remodel… pool green.. door to room won’t lock.. bathroom door won’t shut all the way.. only one set of towels.. no place to hang clothes.. no in room phone to call desk with problems.. got disconnected twice when we called from cell phone. Only one lamp so room dark .. bright light coming around window shade all night .. returned to room late in evening tired and both door keys deactivated had to call desk again and wait for new key .. only one chair at the table.. pillows barely child...
