「The room was dated but clean, bed was not comfortable and for the love of Carl can you please give us more than one pillow that has at least a little integrity? No evelvator so be prepared to take your luggage up stairs. The worst part was we lost power in the middle of the night - not their fault but OOOF! It stayed off all night and all morning. We left very early down a very dark hallway and staircase as there was no way to get coffee or anything. Doubt I would return.」

「The sound insulation between the rooms is not very good. Last night I enjoyed the snoring of the neighboring room all night, I didn't sleep well last night」

「There was no one there to check me in upon arrival! A closed sign on the office, pushed the button on there intercom system & all it did was ring, nobody ever answered. I called the phone # to no avail. The next day upon check in I was asked for a $100. deposit, of which I was unaware of. When asked why they were closed when I arrived the previous night the girl at the counter said, “I didn’t work last night”, no accountability was taken! There was mold in the shower & a non working coffee maker...

「There was a little problem with the parking being near a flight of stairs as my aunt uses a waker. A bigger problem was the TV did not work. The electricity was off in the morning. It went off at 6:45am was still off when we left at 10:30am so the was nothing hot including coffee for breakfast. I was told I would recieve a discount due to tv not working. Still have received no refund and it is almost a week.」
