The room is clean, basic, affordable, and the staff was kind. Can't rate it as if it's a high-end property, but as a traveler who dies a lot of big miles days, this motel was a welcome destination.

The checking was easy. I had prepaid for the stay. Miki was very helpful with my special needs accommodations. 1st floor, service animal. She was very nice and i enjoyed speaking with her. For me, simple is perfect. I needed very little. My room was efficient and was all i needed. The room was clean and bright. Nice bathroom and shower. Good water pressure and plenty of Hot water. My queen bed was comfortable. The sheets and pillow cases were clean and fresh. There was enough for space for my gear, bags, and my pups bed. Again, he is a certified service animal. Other furnishings were sparse. The surrounding area is a little busy at certain parts of the day and early evening, the rooms are set back from the street so it's not overly noisy. Everything in zAuburn i is in close proximity. I'll stay again when in town

Rooms were dirty smelled of weed and I got bedbugs got video and pictures of them crawling around got bitten pretty good on my arms and back, ended up sleeping in my truck with my wife from 2am until the sun came up all they wanted to offer me was a different room no thanks I'll pass. Hopefully I can get refunded by expedia, I'm pretty upset about the whole experience overall. 0 Stars

On a very busy road so lots of noise. A lot of light coming through shutters. Shower not clean. Sink didn’t drain. Microwave didn’t work

Excellent value for the price. It is a little noisy because of location but it was comfortable and perfect for what we needed. Front desk staff was very nice and accommodating.

We stayed long enough to take pictures and left to find a decent place to stay. It was so bad that I ate the cost, plus the cost for a new Hotel, The pictures speak for themselves, but I will summarize the main issues. 1. Dead ants in the fridge 2. Mold in the shower and along all baseboards 3. The bed was soft that when we sat on it we sank into a pit in the middle (12" of movement). 4. brown stuff splattered on the ceiling 5. TV hung om the wall with the cords dangling below it. 6. No nightstands. 7. Air conditioner was disgusting

This is a great deal. If you need a clean place to stay the night in a safe area this is your choice. Very simple design with upgraded interior and has fridge and microwave. Basically two bedrooms to sleep in and bathroom /shower but perfect for what we needed coming in late.

This motel was definitely not worth $199 which is what we paid for the 1st night which was a Saturday. Maybe $90 which would have made up for how noisy it was for being on the corner of a main artery. We had never been to the area so we didn't know what to expect and we had read the other reviews so we thought for place to sleep it's just fine. When my husband saw the room, the 1st thing he said a coat of paint wouldn't hurt...I guess that's we get for picking a motel however it shouldn't cost $200 for a night even when we stayed 2 nights and the 2nd was cheaper. Still not cheap enough for I'm afraid.
