「Room 133 needed to be aired out. Breakfast was great. My grandson asked for a wake-up call and the manager appeased him with a call. My grandson was delighted」

Or don’t advertise you serve a continental breakfast. 」

「The location worked well for our needs. I enjoyed the hot tub. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. However, the room needed basic items replenished like Kleenex, body wash, etc., upon arrival.」

「This is a budget friendly hotel. Basically a place to sleep. It is very easy to get to off the interstate and close to eating and shopping. We come here every year and will come again next year.」

「No heat had to get help. Room should have been warm upon arrival especially with below zero temperatures. Common sense tells u that. 」

「The non-smoking room that I had, smelled like smoke. There wasn't much toilet paper and there wasn't any soap but the man at the front desk was very kind and said that if anything was missing to please let him know and he would take care of it. The bed was comfortable and I got some good sleep.」

「Room was great, pool and hottub were very nice. Breakfast was fantastic. My only issue with this stay. Was not holiday inns fault. This room was listed as a room with a private hot tub. I talked to the staff at the hotel. They havent had hot tubs in the rooms in about 4 years. Expedia keeps listing it as a private hotel tub.」

「Bad experience with me and my family, we were asking for pillows because the cabin was with no pillows, and then we called and nobody from the staff came to give us pillows, and then the main bed was infested of big ants, my mom was frustrated she can’t even sleep, to be honest I want a refound.」
