「The room keys don’t work well. I had to have 5 different room keys made and even the desk clerk could not get my door to open. He had to put me in a different room. Only 1 out of the 2 room keys for the second room worked, and I had to slide it in and out several times to get it to work. The breakfast was not very good. The hair dryer did not work. The staff is friendly and helpful. The only other thing this hotel has going for it is location. Very convenient to state fair grounds, PNC...
