「Remodeled hotel, very nice updates, great bathroom and shower. King bed was comfy. Very clean. There is a fridge, but NO microwave or coffee pot and ZERO water cups, not even plastic ones. This was a huge drawback to an otherwise very nice little motel. I would stay again if i was not wanting to eat in the hotel at all. Booked thru Expedia and it was a bit weird that the front desk gave me no print out of my receipt, they also put a $100 hold on my account for damages that was not...

「My husband and I were in town to help care for my father. SpringHill Suites made the stay extremely easy and accommodating! Their kind and helpful atmosphere was what kept us coming back. You may not have an "ocean view" but the hotel is nearby several places you can eat, shop, and/or dine. It is a nice place to come, relax, and The next time we are in town, we will be staying at SpringHill Suites!」

「The hotel is a decent condition, location is convenient and very quiet. Front desk was extremely courteous and helpful. Complementary breakfast serves its purpose. The only minor issue is that the elevator on the left side (after getting into the hotel room area) makes interesting noises and sometimes opens by itself after it closes for no reason... would stay there again.」

「From the time I checked in until the time we left, all of the staff at Pierpont Inn in Ventura, CA were friendly and went the extra mile to answer any guest questions.
