"Check in was a breeze and they didn’t require a hold on your card for incidentals, just a card. Room was standard and clean. Pool was ok(cold), hot tub was not functional which was a bummer. Breakfast was perfect for it being included in your stay. "

"I sent a message the day before I suppose to travel there stating that there was a massive storm system moving through the 3 states that had to travel to with multiple tornados reported and I could not travel there. No one responded to me and even messaged later trying to explain again. Again no response and I was still charged for the stay. "

"My first room was put out of order after I asked to be moved. The ceiling in the shower was falling down and had fallen and as laying in the tub. Wall paper was falling off the wall and trim around the door was loose and trim on the wall. There was a hair in the shower wall that wasn’t mine. The next room was clean the entire property is outdated but Sandy at the restaurant in the evening made my stay she is awesome "
