「Amazing hotel although there was a used rag in the shower but no worries ! Supper nice friendly staff the bar guy was a little rude but still won that night」

「The 2-bed room is next to a busy road. Very noisy! But the bed is good」

「Our room was clean and welcoming. The breakfast was delicious and the front desk staff were friendly and very helpful when we told them we had inadvertently left our suitcase at home. One of them even went so far as to give me a new curling iron that was in her car, plus combs and toothbrushes/toothpaste from the desk. How very kind!!」

「It was 11 o'clock in the evening, and someone on the 4th floor was constantly making loud noises and stomping on the floor, I live in 3 floor, I try to sleep, but it is hard because it is loud. I called the service desk twice, but the problem was not solved well. The most basic thing a good hotel should provide customers with a good rest. I have stayed here at least five times and was very disappointed this time.」

「The first room provided had a smoke smell. We had to take all are luggage back to the first floor front desk. We changed rooms. There is a swimming pool but in the Winter, we enjoy the spa but they didnt provide it. My son was cold so he wanted to take a bath but the water stopper was broken. Staff tried to fix it but she said tomorrow at 7 am people could come to fix it or we could change rooms again. We do not appreciate the service but we did not want to change rooms again. Staff service and...

「Room 126 where I stayed was missing the vanity sink stopper. The drain was slow. I remove the p trap and cleaned the blockage. Also I tightened the toilet seat hinges. Enjoyed my stay. Thanks George Cox」
