「We loved the hotel and grounds. The only drawback was the access to the actual location from the American dream mall (east 46) isn’t the easiest to navigate. There was some road construction one of the evenings of our stay that prohibited the only way across the highway; we had to travel quite a distance beyond the hotel in order to get onto the side needed to access the entrance. 「I stay here 3 day 2 night. First was starting great front desk was nice, in the morning I was pumping , the door was open from the cleaner, ask are you leaving??? But that is very I'm professional and no privacy. How can you open the door, but 2nd morning they do the same thing again. I don't think it is okay. This really need to change it. The 2nd day end up they didn't clean the room or provided any thing change , I was trying to request in the front desk. It takes me to call them and wait...
